Statement of Purpose 

The Rotary Fellowship of Conducting and Communication (RFCC) unites Rotarians and others through music, leadership, and communication. 

It promotes understanding of the conductor's role while translating conducting techniques into practical leadership, communication, and motivational tools applicable across professions and cultures beyond the traditional musical context. 

Through webinars, workshops, and trainings, RFCC enhances leadership, nonverbal communication, and public speaking skills.
